I am an educator, storyteller, and leadership scholar committed to helping people connect who they are with how they learn, lead, and serve. Across my work in higher education, student affairs, leadership development, and the classroom, I strive to create spaces where people feel seen, challenged, and encouraged to grow with purpose.

My teaching is rooted in authenticity, reflection, and the belief that our lived experiences can become powerful sources of wisdom, connection, and transformation. In addition to my work as an educator, I speak and consult with organizations on issues of leadership and organizational development, helping teams and institutions build more thoughtful, courageous, and values-centered cultures.
